Returns Policy

Right of return

Have you received a package and wish to return it? You have the right to request a return within 14 days of the day you (or a third party designated by you) received possession of the package. You can request a return via the email address mentioned below: info@patisseriemaurice.be.

When is a return accepted?
- The product must not have been used or damaged; the product must show no signs of use or external alterations.
- The product may only be unpacked to the extent necessary to determine whether the product will be kept.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened returned goods.
- The item is returned at your own expense. Unstamped returns will not be accepted by us, and the costs for these will be borne by the sender.
- The returned items must be in as original a condition as possible and, if possible, in their original packaging.
- The return shipment will be checked upon receipt. If the items or packaging are incomplete or damaged, costs will be charged to the customer. These costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Refunds of the order amount will be made within 14 days of receiving the return shipment and are only possible via bank or giro transfer. 

Return process:
- Place the product you wish to return back in its original box.
- The product must be unopened and undamaged.
- The product being returned must be well-packaged (in an outer box).
- Send the package back to Patisserie Maurice. Address details can be found below. 
- Once the return package has been processed and approved by us, you will receive the refund amount, minus the return costs. The return costs are always at the customer's expense.

Return Costs
The return costs for the returned package are always at the customer's expense. 

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@patisseriemaurice.be if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

14-Day Cooling-off Period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving a reason, as long as the item has not yet been shipped to the shipping address you provided.
